a glimmer of hope

Pipo and I bought our condo 4 years ago at the height of the market here in So. Cal. (not the brightest move). Although we love our little place, we can't help but dream about being able to buy something bigger and more permanent someday. But, that someday can seem so far away. While we're here, we've been hesitant to put any major dinero into it and have opted to save for the next place instead. Because of this, I try to keep my decorating dreams under control so as not to make myself (or Pipo) crazy. But, today our neighbor put his same model condo up for sale at a not-so-depressing price. This has brought a small glimmer of hope into our lives. If they can sell for close to what they are asking, we may actually have a chance of doing the same sometime in the not-so-distant future.
And so I dream again...
