For the last year my work life has been exactly like this photo, surrounded by shit but still having an intact desk to sit at and work to do.
Alas, it has come to an end & it's time to gather up the photos of my kitties, the chocolate in my desk drawer, and my favorite pen & leave this shit hole.
And so the life of the unemployed begins....

Awww...I'm sorry - maybe it is all for the best. I just put up a post on What do you do for a Living - you could put up what you would like to be doing. There are always possibilities around the corner - good luck.

Today was a shitty day but also a fantastic day! This is a new beginning for both of us! I'm sooooooooo happy to be out of that chaotic disaster. We have to be eachother's support team and meet on a weekly basis so we don't get "cabin fever" and so I can avoid becoming a full blown OCD lunatic...
I love your latest post in contrast to this one & so glad to see your perspective blooming with the change.
& I have to say, I don't know anyone who didn't experience this type of thing (and there were a *lot* during the tech bubble burst 6-7 years ago), who didn't end up in a better place after all was said & done. (What was that, a triple negative?)
